1. STOP SMOKING
The dangers attach to smoking is quite numerous, one of it is eye disease. There is a thin line between eye disease and smoking because of the effect. The two major diseases that affect the eyes through smoking are Cataract and Glaucoma. The two disease can be treated but if not treated it can cause blindness.
2. AVOID STARING TOO MUCH AT YOUR PHONE
When we stare at our phone too much it can cause loss of vision because of the closeness to the screen. It is advisable to take away our phone sometimes to have good eye vision.
3. DON’T CHEAT NATURE
Sleeping is important in human life because it helps to ease stress and prevent further complications in the body. Not getting enough sleep affects the eye and good eye vision. After working for a long hour at the office get a good night sleep. Don’t start working on your computer when you get home.

4. EAT MORE OF VITAMIN A
Vitamin A foods help to have good vision. Such food includes; carrot, sweet potato, tuna fish, mango, dark leafy green, sweet red pepper, and egg. At the too much of Vitamin is bad.
5. WEAR SUNGLASS
Most people think sunglass is for fashion sake but it is not the case. An American ophthalmologist states that staying for a very long time in the sun without any eye protection damage the eyes. The sunglass does not only protect the eye from the sun it also protects the face from wrinkling. However, the type of sunglass to use is very important. It is advisable to use amber tinted sunglass rather than blue tint glasses.
The care of our eyes is very important because being visually impaired is not easy. Having good vision is essential in our life.
