Often, people confuse being thirsty with being hungry. This results in them consuming extra, unneeded calories when they simply need to drink more water. Drink more water to help you lose and maintain weight.
6. Eat More High-Fibre Foods
Foods containing lots of fibre can help you feel full, causing you to eat less and thus lose weight. Foods containing good fibre include oats, vegetables and fruits, oats, wholegrain bread, brown rice, pasta, lentils, peas and beans.
7. Read food labels
Reading the labels on the packaged foods you eat can help you make healthier choices. You should use the calorie information to learn how many calories the food you eat is giving you.
