Trying to lose weight through physical activity can be daunting enough already without the added stress of having to watch what you eat. Several foods affect your body processes differently.

Boiled potatoes have ittle amounts of almost every nutrient you need. They are high in potassium which helps with controlling blood pressure. White potatoes are at the top of the satiety index, a measure of how filling foods are. White potatoes especially make youn feel full and contain large amounts of resistant starch.
Tuna is lean fish, meaning it doesn’t contain a lot of fat. It is a great way to boost your intake of protein while also lessening your calorie and fat intake. If you’re going for canned tuna, go for those canned in water, instead of oil, as they are more healthy.
3. Beans and Legumes
Beans and legumes like black beans,lentils, kidney beans and many others are high in water and fibre. These two components can help you increase your satiety. They also contain resistant starch which may help you lose weight.
Avocados contain healthy fats, particularly monounsaturated oleic acid, the same type found in olive oil. They also contain a lot of water which may help increase your satiety. They contain various nutrients and vitamins like fibre and potassium.
Although they are quite high in fat content, nuts are not extremely fattening. It can help boost metabolic health and result in weight loss. Do ensure you dont consume them in too large quantities to prevent unnecessary weight gain.
6. Some Whole Grains
Whole grains are loaded in fibre and contain protein too. Examples like oats, brown rice and quinoa. Oats contain beta-glucans, soluble fibres which can increase satiety and metabolic health.
