3. Regular taking Soda drinks
Regular consumption of soda drinks can increase your risk of obesity by up to 33 percent. Diet sodas are no better as sweeteners commonly found in these drinks can trigger appetite indicators, resulting in increased hunger thus causing you to eat more.
Eating in relation to stress can cause you to gain unnecessary weight, especially if you’re stressed a lot. Instead of eating, train yourself to go for more healthy ways of dealing with stress like taking a walk or chewing gum.
5. sleeping too little or too much
You may know that too little sleep causes weight gain, but do you know too much sleep can also have the same effect? The more time you spend asleep, the less time you have to be up and active. The advisable range of sleep you should get is between 6-7 hours.
6. Eating too much
Eating healthy food doesnt automatically mean you get to eat more. These healthy meals still contain calories so you might need to watch how much food you eat.
